Solar energy powering Florida food truck

The Chef Global food truck, in Collier County, Florida is the first solar energy food truck to operate in the county and it all came about due to a dream.

Owner Ricardo Lory told Fox4Now he had a dream about the world and a forest of green and woke with the drive to go green with his business. So he converted his food truck from a gas vehicle to the more environment-friendly option.

"You are burning all this gas, but when we have the solar you know you are saving so much money," Lory told the news outlet.
