The Miyabi restaurant enterprise in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is launching a food truck to put its Japanese hibachi grill menu on the road.

The company runs six 10,000-square-foot hibachi restaurants and 11 Miyabi Junior Express locations throughout the Carolinas and Georgia, according to a Myrtle Beach Online report

The truck, which will be named Miyabi Junior Bowls & Rolls, is a 30-foot refitted limo bus that will launch by summer's end.

The company will initially use the truck for charity and community outreach support events before venturing out in Horry County and Georgetown neighborhoods.

"The food trucks are huge in big cities right now, and even though we're not really a big city we do have a mass of people, especially in the summer," Bobby Smith, a company partner, told the news outlet said. "So the ability to have maybe two or three food trucks just in this area is definitely possible."

The company plans to launch a second truck, one in the Charlotte, North Carolina area in the next year.
