Rosalyn's Hot Chicken, a well-known Houston, Texas pop-up food option, is getting a new home.
The eatery owners are opening a food truck, according to an Eater report, will help fans have more access to its chicken and expand on the brand. Rosalyn's, which sells Nashville-style hot chicken, first hit the Houston area four years ago.
The food truck, owned and operated by Jacques and Kushana Collier, will be parked at 12310 Cullen Boulevard from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, according to the Eater report.
