Tampa Bay food truck opening take-out spot

Heavy's, a southern style food truck based in Tampa, Florida is opening a take-out restaurant at 911 22nd Street South.

The truck, which offers hearty meals including friend pork chops and oxtails, is run by Kendrick Scott, Robb Lancaster and Ken Rhodes, according to a I love the Burg report.
