Tampa food truck is all about fine dining

Foodies won't find hamburgers and hotdogs when stopping by the Williamsburg Cucina food truck in Tampa, Florida.

The menu, according to a That's So Tampa report, is farm fresh to table and food prep includes using imported charcuterie, organic eggs and fresh red tomatoes.

"The only thing that makes us a food truck," Williamsburg Cucina co-owner Sophia Mosconi told the news outlet, "is that we're mobile. But you won't find any hamburgers or tacos here. We bring farm fresh quality to the table."
