Tennessee café launches food truck

The Mercantile Café, in Manchester, Tennessee, is putting a food truck on the road with a few menu twists.

The café's truck is called The Merc Too and is run by the café's longtime cook, Alie Seigmund, according to a Manchester Times report.

The truck is focused on offering Southern cooking, like its restaurant parent, but is also adding some new items including street tacos and pizza.

"We're doing a lot of different things and changing things weekly. We're going to offer our Southern cooking along with some new additions," Seigmund told the news outlet.
