Texas donut shop returning to food truck roots

An Austin, Texas donut shop, which started as a food truck over a decade ago, is shutting its doors and heading back on the road.

The Gourdough's Public House is closing its physical location as a new development is planned for its location, but owners Ryan Palmer and Paula Samford aren't shuttering the business. They are rebirthing it as a food truck which started their business in 2009, according to a KVUE report.

"Gourdough's is going to expand, and you guys are going to see us throughout the city," Samford told the news outlet.
