Texas food truck park puts Black-owned operators front and center

A food truck park that opened this month in Houston, Texas is all about highlighting Black-owned food trucks.

The park, called Houston Grub Park and located south of NRG Stadium at 1615 South Loop West, is the brainchild of the Black Service Chamber, according to an Eater report.

The group helps support and promote Black businesses in the community. Houston Grub Park is open Thursdays through Sundays.
