Texas wine tasting room gets a food truck presence

The Texas AVA Tasting Room will soon boast a food truck operation and the truck's cuisine will complement the wine experience.

The truck is called Brucie and is the brainchild of chef Barclay Stratton, according to a Culture Map Austin report. It will be housed at the Hill Country winery, operated by Randy Hester and Rae Wilson, who own the joint concept Wine for the People and C.L. Butaud in Austin, Texas.

The food tuck will serve during tasting room hours.
