Thailand hosting food truck festival to spur tourism

The Tourism Authority of Thailand is hosting a food truck festival next month to promote the region's food and spur on the local economy.

The event, happening March 7 and 8, is being called the "World's Largest Parade of Food Trucks," according to a xinhaunet news report, and more than 200 food trucks are expected to participate.
