Foodies in Johnson City, Tennessee and the Tri-Cities area now have a new place to grab a bite to eat thanks to the opening of the King Mercado food truck park.

The park has several goals: to celebrate the local community, provide great food and support local businesses, according to park owner Coco Enriquez.

Enriquez started the park, at North Roan and East King Street, given her own love for food truck fare and the opportunity to celebrate many cultures, according to a WJHL report.

The food truck park is open Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and four to five trucks will participate in a rotating fashion.
