Food truck lovers in Salt Lake County's South Jordan area now have a warm and comfortable dining area where they can enjoy their meal.
The Hub Food Truck Park offers food truck customers tables, chairs, heaters and even a big-screen TV, as well as restrooms, according to a Salt Lake Tribune report
The building is located at 982 W. South Jordan Parkway. Food trucks are parked at the site Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is part of the Food Truck League, a Utah company that launches food truck events and catering.
"It's food trucks 2.0," Taylor Harris, a founding partner of the league, told the Tribune. "It's the food truck experience, with the amenities of a restaurant."
It is the state's second permanent food park. The first, Soho Food Park, opened a few years ago and is open only April through October.
The Hub, which is open year-round, also offers truck operators amenities such as electrical access.
