Vermont food truck relocating to brewery site

The Andrzej's Polish Kitchen food truck, which has been operating in front of Black Mountain Inn on Putney Road in Brattleboro, Vermont, will relocate to Marlboro Road.

Owner and chef Andrzej Mikijaniec aims to open for business in early February at the new location, according to a Brattleboro Reformer report. The truck will be located near the Vermont Beer Makers, a brewery which will open inside the space once occupied by Mattress Outlet.

The food truck has been up and running in Brattleboro for seven years.

"I like to be part of something new," Mikijaniec told the news outlet. "There's nothing like kielbasa and beer."
