In an effort to help provide food options during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the city of Virginia Beach is extending the allowance of food truck operations with some caveats.
Food trucks can continue operations through July 6 on commercial properties and they are allowed to deliver orders to residential areas, according to a 3WTKR report.
Food truck operators are not allowed to park on private property without owner permission and can't serve walk-up customers to avoid road access issues, according to the report.
