The Hatch Kitchen RVA, a commercial kitchen for local consumer good merchants, is now home to 1115 Mobile Kitchen, a food truck serving southern cuisine as well as vegan menu items.
Truck owner Henry Fletcher launched his truck in early November at the kitchen's food truck corral, according to a Richmond Biz Sense report, and he said the menu reflects his motivation to offer plant-based options.
"A big motivation was hanging out at concerts, festivals and events. When me and my plant-based friend wanted to eat, we couldn't always get a similar meal," Fletcher told the news outlet. "I want to break that barrier."
