Virginia town gets a Mexican food truck

Foodies in Forest, Virginia, now have a Mexican fare option when it comes to food trucks.

Called The Ghost Monkey, the truck offers everything from tacos to quesadillas, and salsa choices are just as far ranging, according to a News 13 report.

Co-Owner Colin White plans to add a tiki bar with mixed drinks in the next few months and said the unique name is one many will remember.

"One of my partners came up with that name," White told the news outlet. "He was stuck on that name and at first, we didn't like it, but now, now it couldn't be anything different."
