Foodies in Puyallup, Washington will enjoy a six-month food truck pilot program starting this summer and running through October.
Food trucks will be located on various downtown streets, including the Central Business District, according to a Patch.com report. Participating food truck operators are required to register and certify with the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department and as of posting, there is no list of which trucks are participating.
The pilot, if successful, could lead to allowing permanent food truck operations in the city, stated the report.
