Washington State business owners team up on food truck

Two Kennewick, Washington business owners will launch a food truck later this month.

The two Tri-City owners are Nena Cosic, owner of European Desserts & Appetizers, and Palencia Wine Company owner Victor Palencia. The truck, called Culture Shock Bistro, will start serving a variety of ethnic dishes on Nov. 20, according to a KEPR report.

"First of all I've always wanted to bring something different to Tri-Cities; second, we have one of the best wine makers here to pair his wines with my dishes so it will definitely be something different," Cosic told the news outlet.

The truck will serve at the Monarcha Winery in Kennewick next to the Columbia Gardens Wine and Artisan Village.
