West Coast food trucks expanding into Houston

Two West Coast food trucks, Trap Kitchen and Don Fuego's, are opening locations in Houston, Texas.

Trap Kitchen, based in Compton, California, and Don Fuego's, based in Fontana, California, both offer up chicken sandwich fare, according to a Houston Eater.com report.

Trap Kitchen, a Black-owned enterprise, also offers up fried seafood and burgers. The move to Houston is the second expansion strategy for Trap Kitchen, according to the report, as it added a Portland, Oregon truck two years ago.
