West Virginia sets rule for food trucks at federally funded rest areas

The U.S. Department of Transportation has suspended its rule of banning food trucks at federally-funding rest area and now the state is implementing new rules for trucks to follow.

Food truck operators will need to submit an application for each rest area they would like to use as a serving location, according to a MetroNews report.
