Wisconsin BBQ food truck operator launching brick-and-mortar location

Jervel Williams, owner of the Mister Bar-B-Que food truck in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Williams, who has run his truck for five years in St. Francis, expects to launch the eatery this fall at 4241 S. Packard Ave., according to a report at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The restaurant, which will be a buffet style offering of items from smoked salmon fish fry to sausage, will have a featured chef each month.

He plans to continue operating the truck with several staffers mostly on weekends, according to the report.
