The PVD Food Truck season, in Providence, Rhode Island, typically involve dozens of trucks and draws hundreds of fans to the various events.
But that's likely not the scenario this year, the sixth season for the events, which includes a Food Truck Friday, according to a WRPRI.com report.
There'll be less trucks and lots of empty space between diners picking up food due to COVID-19 health and safety guidelines and diners won't be able to hang out around the trucks. There will still be live music but fans will have to stream it off line and off site.
Organizers hope to get back to the usual scene where patrons can enjoy food, music and each other's company all at the same time once the state's re-opening process is over.
