Minnesota food trucks holding smashburger competition

Four food trucks in Minnesota are participating in Insight Brewing's Smash Fest on April 26 in Minneapolis. During this event, the food trucks will compete to win the title of best smash burger, according to a report by Bring Me The News.com.

Angry Line Cook, Burger Daddies, Private Sector Provisions and Garillers will participate in the competition.

A panel of judges will have a blind taste test at the event, which will be held from 1 to 10 p.m. Attendees will also get a chance to vote on the "people's choice."
