Omaha restaurateur to close brick-and-mortar location to focus on food trucks

Kelly Keegan, owner of Chicago Dawg House in Omaha, Nebraska, and president of the Omaha Food Truck Association, has decided to close his brick-and-mortar location this spring and focus on his two food trucks, according to KETV Omaha. He said there is enough business to stay busy throughout the summer and take the winter off.

According to the Douglas County Health Department, 50 food trucks received permits in 2015. By 2017, that humber had risen to 76. So far in 2018, 96 food trucks have received permits.
