Tampa Bay Food Trucks, a Florida company that helps food truck operators find, build and market food trucks, is holding local seminars every six weeks to help would-be food truck owners break into the business.
The company gives seminar participants an unvarnished picture of what it takes to own and run a food truck, according to a report by local news station WFLA. As a testament to its real-world frankness, the company says that only 6 percent of seminar participants go on to start their own food truck business.
The company also tells seminar participants that a thoughtfully conceived and well executed concept could be the recipe for success.
