Tennessee city to host 'Food Truck Friday' to support breast cancer awareness

The police department in Jackson, Tennessee, will host "Food Truck Friday" Oct. 13 at the police department as a breast cancer awareness fundraiser from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., according to The Jackson Sun.

Police and department staff across West Tennessee have donned pink t-shirts in support of breast cancer awareness. Officers who bought the shirts were given the option to wear them under their uniforms during October, leaving the pink showing near the collar.
