Over the past several weeks, I have laid out the exact framework that we have used for over two decades to transform Founder-led businesses — from startups to billion-dollar brands. Every leadership principle and factor of greatness and critical questions that must be answered. The critical question that separates Founders who scale from Founders who stay stuck in the middle.

Here is something every Founder reading needs to accept. These decisions cannot be delegated. They cannot be outsourced. They cannot be delayed. These are decisions that only you — the Founder — can make.

2. How will these actions contribute to the overall success of your business? Connect every action to one of the Six Factors of Greatness:

  • Does it develop team?
  • Does it clarify direction?
